Frank Sondors - better known in the sales world as Frank Bacon - is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salesforge, the multi-channel cold outreach platform powering thousands of sales teams and agencies worldwide.

With more than a decade of experience scaling outbound operations from SDR to VP level, Frank has seen firsthand how traditional “hire more reps” playbooks fail in today’s market. His mission: build systems that outperform humans - not replace them.
